My Favourite Rehab Tools
These are some of my favourite tools to use to reduce pain, improve mobility and improve exercise performance overall. This will be a changing and updating list as I see new things that I like and want to share here. I will include a brief description of why I like them and think they would make for great tools in your rehab arsenal!

Foam rollers are a great way to work through myofascial tension and general help improve mobility. They are no replacement for mobility work but are a great tool!

Thicker exercise bands are great when you are travelling, for assisting a movement, or for adding stability demand. They also have a different tension curve than typical weights, so they are great for changing things up!

Looped exercise bands are great for at home workouts and rehab drills especially when it comes to hips and shoulders. The exercises you can do with them are endless!
